In case the Comments option is enabled for a given content type, the comments made by the users of the website will be published immediately on the website.
It is possible to manage and monitor the comments via the Comments dashboard.
Go to Administer > Content management > Comments in the administrator toolbar. A survey of all posted comments is displayed.
Use Update options to perform a batch operation onto the selected comments:
– unpublish the selected comments
– delete the selected comments
– report to Mollom (spam filter) and unpublish
– Report to Mollom (spam filter) and delete.
In case Comments need to be approved by the administrator before they are published onto the website, all posted comments are stored under the Approval queue tab until the administrator reviews them.
