DESCRIPTION:The LIBER Winter Event 2024 will take place at the University of Maribor in Maribor, Slovenia on the 26-27 November, 2024. \nWhat is the Winter Event?\nThe LIBER Winter Event is a one-and-a-half-day event that takes place every year in person at a LIBER Library host venue. It is designed with and for the core LIBER network; people working at LIBER Libraries across Europe, those taking part in our Working Groups and Steering Committees, and our partners from LIBER’s portfolio of International Projects as well as other collaborative initiatives. This year, the event will be hosted by LIBER Members the University of Maribor Library. \nCo-organised by CTK (Central Technical Library at the University of Ljubljana). The event will be preceded by a national pre-event in collaboration with the Slovenian Library Association, scheduled to take place on November 25th, 2024. \nWhy attend the Winter Event?\nThe Winter Event is a space for us to connect and gain new inspiration for a range of topics within our field. It serves as a stimulating forum for the presentation and discussion of work undertaken by LIBER Libraries across Europe. \nDo you want feedback on a new initiative? Advice on a project? Or are you looking to seek inspiration for the future?
