DESCRIPTION:The Open Science Conference 2017 ( http://www.open-science-conference.eu/ ) is the 4th international conference of the Leibniz Research Alliance Science 2.0. Held in Berlin, Germany, it is a continuation and development of the former Science 2.0 Conference. \nDedicated to the Open Science movement, it provides a unique forum where researchers, librarians, practitioners, politicians, and other important stakeholders can discuss and exchange their, Open Science practices, experiences, and strategies.\nThe thematic focus of this year’s conference is on “open educational resources”. Open educational resources include course materials (print and digital), modules, streaming videos, software, and any other tools, materials, or techniques used to support open access to knowledge.\nThe conference addresses the scientific, practical and political dimensions of the European Open Science Cloud. The scientific and library community will present concrete Open Science practices and applications, strategies, and policy recommendations for the implementation of the European Open Science Cloud.\nThe International Open Science Conference is organized by ZBW – Leibniz Information Centre for Economics and the Leibniz Research Alliance Science 2.0.\n
