LIBER Annual General Conference, Toulouse 30 June-3 July 2009
Abstract submission deadline: 20 March 2009
You are kindly invited to submit a poster to the LIBER Annual General Conference in Toulouse (France), 30 June-3 July 2009. The poster should be directly related to the general theme of the conference “Innovation through Collaboration”. We seek reports of projects and cases that illustrate how collaboration leads to innovation in research libraries and in their broader context (university, research centre, society etc.).
Posters will be displayed outside the Main Auditorium on Thursday 2 July 2009. Participants at the Conference will then have the opportunity to view the posters and to talk to the author(s). On Friday 3 July 2009, a prize for Best Poster will be awarded during the Annual General Assembly. Posters should be A1 in size and can be portrait or landscape. Special equipment requests should be addressed to the workshop organisers when a poster has been accepted.
If your poster is accepted, you should still register for the Conference as normal, and you will be expected to pay your own expenses. You should be present at the poster stand at least on Thursday 2 July during the breaks.
Poster abstracts (not more than 2500 characters) can be submitted until 20 March 2009 via the website of the Toulouse Conference (http://liber2009.biu-toulouse.fr/). Decisions will be made during April 2009 and communicated to the submitters.
