New in the 2012 edition of the Summer School is an exclusive three day Library Directors’ Course prior to the Summer School. The course is a part of a more extensive Leadership Program that will start in June 2012 and will be continued after the course. The group size of this program will be limited to 16 people.
The Leadership Program is organized in cooperation with LIBER, the Association of European Research Libraries.
International Ticer Summer School to be held in Tilburg, the Netherlands, August 21-24, 2012
Ticer has the pleasure of announcing that the 15th edition of its International Summer School on Digital Libraries will be held from August 21 to 24, 2012 in Tilburg, The Netherlands.
Four central themes

Fee and registration
Both Summer School and Directors’ Course are now open for registration.

per module is € 845 + VAT. You can attend one or more modules. We offer an early bird discount of € 150 + VAT for registrations made before May 1, 2012. A discount is also offered when booking 2 or more modules. The fee for the Library Directors’ Course (3 days) is € 3,100 + VAT with a 10% discount for LIBER members.

Ticer’s aim is to make Tilburg University expertise on digital libraries and IT infrastructure available to parties outside the university via consultancy, and to facilitate the (international) exchange of digital library expertise via high quality courses and seminars. The International Summer School on Digital Libraries is an annual course organized since 1996.
