Armin Talke has worked in libraries for more than a decade as a lawyer and research librarian.

At Berlin State Library — one of the largest research libraries in Germany — he is the advisor for copyright, data protection and all other library-typical legal issues.

In addition to his role within LIBER’s Copyright & Legal Matters Working Group, Armin is head of the legal committee of German Library Association and has worked with IFLA Committee on Copyright and other Legal Matters for eight years.
