Rosie Allison holds a master’s degree in Media and the Creative Industries from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and History from the University of Liverpool.

Originally from North Yorkshire, England, Rosie lived in Italy for three years where she used her English language skills to teach English to adults in a private language school. She is an experienced copywriter and proofreader and values clear, concise communication in everything she does. It is this attitude that informs her work as Communication Coordinator at LIBER.

In her role, Rosie works closely with project partners, LIBER Working Groups, member libraries and the LIBER Office team to ensure all LIBER activities are communicated to the wider network. She manages the LIBER website, social media channels and newsletter, with the help of the Communication Intern.

As a former teacher, Rosie understands the power of education, and how clear, concise communication is vital to knowledge sharing. She is therefore thrilled to be working as part of the LIBER team to enable world-class research across Europe.
