Thomas Jouneau is a Librarian, and has been working in the academic field and supporting research at the Université de Lorraine since 2009. He is currently one of the two Research Data Administrators tasked with the deployment of Research Data services at his University.

He also is involved in the Research Data college of the French Comité pour la Science Ouverte as well as in several workgroups of the Research Data Alliance.
