LIBER is Europe’s leading association of research libraries. We enable research in LIBER institutions to be world class, advocate for European libraries and help develop future library leaders.

 

Two categories of sponsorship are available, Gold and Silver. If you are interested in becoming a LIBER sponsor, please contact LIBER Executive Director Alexander Hasgall.

Gold Sponsorship

  • Online Visibility – The sponsor’s logo will be placed on the front page of the LIBER website, and on our Sponsors page. In addition, you will be able to publish two articles per year on the LIBER Blog (clearly labelled as a Sponsor Contribution) 
  • Online Engagement – Sponsor may organise 1 online activity such as a webinar or workshop, which will be promoted through the LIBER communication channels (website, LIBER Inside, social media). Sponsor may send one follow-up e-mail to the people who registered for the event.
  • Direct Marketing – On-site activities of the sponsor around the LIBER Annual Conference may be promoted by the sponsor via 3 e-mail to the registrants of the conference (*). Sponsor may send one follow-up e-mail to the people who registered for the event.
  • Conference Presentation – Sponsors can make one 20-minute presentation (‘Sponsor Update’) at the Annual Conference at an additional fee. These presentations are limited to two available slots.

Silver Sponsorship

  • Online Visibility – The sponsor’s logo will be placed on the front page of the LIBER website, and on our Sponsors page. In addition, you will be able to publish two articles per year on the LIBER Blog (clearly labelled as a Sponsor Contribution).

In addition, the Sponsor may choose one of the following options: 

  • Online Engagement – Sponsor may organise 1 online activity such as a webinar or workshop, which will be promoted through the LIBER communication channels (website, LIBER Inside, social media). Sponsor may send one follow-up e-mail to the people who registered for the event.
  • Direct Marketing – On-site activities of the sponsor around the LIBER Annual Conference may be promoted by the sponsor via 1 e-mail to the registrants of the conference (**). Sponsor may send one follow-up e-mail to the people who registered for the event.
