IFLA President’s Meeting 2015

IFLA will hold its 2015 President’s Meeting on June 3rd to 5th in Istanbul, Turkey.

Titled The Art of Transforming Libraries, this President’s Meeting will explore issues related to the changes faced by libraries all around the world today. The IFLA Trend Report as well as the Lyon Declaration on Access to Information and Development will set the scene for the other topics; these will include transforming technologies, legal regulations and their impact on information technologies, transformation of public libraries and knowledge economy.

LIBER President Kristiina Hormia-Poutanen will speak at the event.
