We are excited to announce the LIBER Architecture Group Seminar 2024 will take place at the Royal Library of Belgium, in Brussels. The event will be held on 24/04/2024. The three-day programme will look at library buildings as points of encounter between research, information, learning, heritage, and society, exploring the role of library design and architecture in creating engaged hubs.
The LIBER architecture working group (LAG) met at the Royal Library of Belgium for two days at the start of October to visit the building and begin initial plans for the programme. With this introduction to the building, including its exciting plans for redevelopment, the group had a productive two-day meeting where initial ideas for the theme were drawn up.
As always, the event is a chance to see a showcase of library projects from around Europe. Save the date and don’t miss your chance to attend!
