LIBER 2023 Annual Conference — Registration [NOW CLOSED]

We are pleased to announce that registrations for our LIBER 2023 Annual Conference are now open. The event will be taking place in Budapest, Hungary, 5th – 7th July 2023. The theme of this year’s Conference is: Open and trusted – Reassessing research library values.

The Hungarian librarian community is looking forward to welcoming you to the 2023 LIBER Annual Conference in Budapest.

We are getting ready to entertain you with the beauty, cultural heritage, gastronomy, and viniculture of Hungary.  And very importantly, we are making sure that every person attending our event feels they are in a safe, positive and respectful environment — regardless of race, colour, national and ethnic origin, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Everyone is welcome to participate, every voice has the right to be heard. We hope to see you all soon!

If you have any concern about attending, please feel free to contact LIBER. We are happy to address your concerns.

You can register by completing the following steps:

• Create and activate your account (please check your inbox!)
• Start your registration by checking your personal details and preferences on the Personal data form
• Go to the Registration fee form by clicking ‘Next form‘, and select your preferred ticket type
• Go to the Accompanying persons form by clicking ‘Next form‘, and submit your accompanying person’s details. Please press ‘Next form‘,  if you don’t need to add an accompanying person
• Go to the Accommodation form by clicking ‘Next form‘, and book your accommodation as part of your registration. If you don’t want to book your accommodation (now), click ‘No/Later‘ and validate your choice by clicking ‘Change‘
• Go to the Optional programs form by clicking ‘Next form‘, and pick your preferred Pre-Conference Workshop. Here you can also select your social programme options, such as the Conference Dinner and Conference Reception
• Go to the Payment form by clicking ‘Next form‘, and submit your payment details
• Finalise your registration by completing the Google Form linked in the registration email you just received
