LIBER Middle Management Training 2027 – Call for Applications

LIBER invites applications for participation in the Middle Management Training Programme 2027. The application deadline is 1 October 2026.

The programme is aimed at mid-management library leaders who are either starting out or are already in leadership positions in their institutions and who are looking ahead to developing their leadership skills. This online training programme, open to professionals employed in LIBER member libraries, will take place between January-April 2027. This is the second Cohort of the programme, following the highly rated first edition that took place in 2025.

The course will be led and moderated by members of the LIBER Leadership Programmes Working Group.
