LIBER Signs Open Letter by cOAlition S on the Rights Retention Strategy and Publisher Equivocation

We’re happy to announce that LIBER has recently signed an open letter (by cOAlition S) to help the research community retain ownership of their Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM) and thus allowing societies at large to maximally benefit.

This is especially so since we now face huge global challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic.

Ensuring that funded research is fully open access is the best way to ensure knowledge and education are at the forefront when it comes to mitigating these challenges.
