Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven capability in and understanding of information technology in a scholarly environment
  • Excellent IT literacy including desktop operating systems and software across Windows and other environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience in leading teams of technical and library support staff
  • Experience of team leadership Mentoring/Coaching/Training
  • Extensive experience of managing external software vendors
