Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven capability in and understanding of information technology in a scholarly environment
- Excellent IT literacy including desktop operating systems and software across Windows and other environments
- Proven ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience in leading teams of technical and library support staff
- Experience of team leadership Mentoring/Coaching/Training
- Extensive experience of managing external software vendors
