Since 2018, Arben Hajra has worked as a researcher at Leibniz Information Centre for Economics – ZBW, Germany. He is part of the EconBiz development team, with a particular focus on enriching digital resources through machine learning, knowledge graphs and information retrieval approaches.

In addition, he has been working as a lecturer at South East European University in North Macedonia since 2005 and is currently engaged as a part-time Assistant Professor there.

He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kiel University in Germany. His research interests include machine learning, knowledge graphs, information retrieval, recommender systems, semantic web technologies, author disambiguation, data visualizations, and NLP.
