Previously in charge of Studies and the Prospective Department at Couperin Consortium for Electronic Resources Acquisition and Promotion from 2007 to 2010, Émilie was part of many workshops on a national and international scale in SELL and ICOLC.

From 2010 to 2013, she was head of Library Information System and a member of the Executive Committee for Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University Libraries.

From 2013 to 2019, Émilie was Deputy Director at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University Library services, dealing with change management support, internal and external communication. Moreover, she is managing a multi-year building project.

From 2020 to 2023, Émilie was Director of University Library Services in Burgundy.

She has been a Couperin Consortium board member since 2019, and since January 2024 is Director of Libraries, Information and Open Science at Université Paris-Saclay.
