Marjo Vallittu is an information specialist at the Open Science Centre, University of Jyväskylä, Finland. Her responsibilities are Open Education, especially Open Educational Resources, and teaching. While teaching, she has created Open Educational Resources for all university members from first year students to researchers. She is also one of the chairs in the Finnish National Expert Panel of Open Education. Her major interest in this viewpoint is to improve the accessibility of open materials and, therefore, the visibility of research outputs.
