Paola works at the University of Milan where she coordinates activities to support Open Science policies and their implementation.

She is DOAJ editor for Italy and Germany, a member of JRU Operas Italy, and of the Competence Center ICDI. Paola coordinates the task of university publishing in the 4eu+ project 1 Core as well as regularly teaches courses on the topics of Open Science, both at the University of Milan and at other universities, particularly in the soft skills courses for PhD students.
