A careful selection of the presentations at the LIBER Annual General Conferences may contribute to qualitative improvements in the services of our university libraries.  When these presentations furthermore can lead to peer-reviewed papers in LIBER’s Open Access journal (LIBER Quarterly), their impact will increase and last much longer.
