Raúl Aguilera Ortega is the director of the Library Service at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain. He coordinates Line 2 on Open Science of the Strategic Plan 2024-2027 at REBIUN (Spanish Network of University Libraries), where he coordinated Line 2 on Digital Transformation and Open Knowledge of the Strategic Plan 2020-2023 in 2022-2023. Since October 2021 he is also coordinating the Open Science Working Group at the Madroño Consortium of public university libraries in the region of Madrid and UNED, as well as the UNICA Scholarly Communication Working Group.
