Ruth Murphy is an Associate Director (Education & Learning) at King’s College London Libraries. She leads a large department responsible for collections, skills development and specialist clinical library services. Her career in Libraries started with a graduate traineeship in the London School of Economics library, followed by an MA in Library and Information Studies at University College London. She has spent the last 14 years working at Russell Group institutions in various management and leadership roles across collections, research support, teaching support and customer service.
