LIBER welcomes new Emerging Leaders Programme Consultant Tamara Szabó
The LIBER Leadership Programmes Working Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Tamara Szabó as a Consultant for the LIBER Emerging Leaders Programme. Combining her experience as a trainer, Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Organisational Development Consultant, and university teacher, Tamara brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development.
After several years of various leadership roles in a multinational environment, where she was responsible for topics involving strategic planning, internal communication, innovation, and employer branding, Tamara moved to consultancy. She has been working as a development professional since 2010, first starting with one-to-one coaching sessions, and later moving on to group development, focusing on facilitation, action learning, training, and team coaching. She designed and implemented a vast number of leadership and talent programmes, with topics ranging from personal efficiency to 21st –century skills like emotional intelligence or systems thinking. Tamara currently runs her own company, supporting a global client portfolio across various sectors in navigating the challenges they face as leaders and key talents. She is also the founder and the director of the Co-Create Coach Camp, Team Coach Camp, and the Mastering Group Coaching Programme, all credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.
In her role as Consultant, Tamara will guide the next cohort in close collaboration with the Programme Director, a research library director (Niamh Tumelty, Director of the LSE Library). We are excited to welcome Tamara as the new Consultant for our Emerging Leaders Programme.
