Focus on Open Science: Gdansk

The Focus on Open Science Workshops address the challenges posed by Open Science, using the 8 pillars of Open Science identified by the European Commission in its Open Science Policy Platform.

The mission statement for the workshops is: “Promote the concept of, values and best practices in the Open Science to European communities, with particular reference to libraries.”

This edition will be held on 8 October in Gdansk, Poland. To register, see the Focus on Open Science website.

This event is organised by Scientific Knowledge Services and the Electronic Information Service National Programme / Library and Information Centre of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, in collaboration with UCL Press and LIBER (Association of European Research Libraries).
