This Working Group was part of LIBER’s 2013-2017 Strategy.
Its aim was to collect good practices and lessons learned in the area of research data management in libraries and it did this in many ways. During the Strategy period, the Working Group did the following:
- Established a successful Webinar Series
- Ran three workshops: Skills for Supporting RDM, RDM In Libraries and Libraries & RDM: What Works?
- Published 11 RDM Case Studies
- Published a Factsheet on Libraries & Research Data: Towards a new leadership role plus a supporting infographic
The work of this group remains important for LIBER libraries. It is therefore continuing under our 2018-2022 Strategy as the Research Data Management Working Group.
