VACANCY: LIBER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Astrid Verheusen has decided to step down as LIBER’s Executive Director. After more than 6 years of dedication to LIBER, Astrid will be pursuing another one of her passions, in the world of digitising collections at the RKD. Netherlands Institute for Art History. The LIBER Executive Board has appointed Martine Pronk as Interim Executive Director and is now looking for Astrid’s successor. You can read about the vacancy, and apply for this position here.

LIBER 2023: Budapest
LIBER 2023, LIBER’s 52nd Annual Conference, co-hosted by the Library and Information Centre of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest, will take place from 5 to 7 July at the Central European University in Budapest.
You can register to attend LIBER 2023 here. LIBER Participants signing up for the Annual Conference are entitled to a 50% discount if they register before 1 May 2023.

2023 MEETING OF PARTICIPANTS: HOW TO VOTE
All Institutional and Organisational Participants are welcome to vote on issues to be discussed at the Meeting of Participants taking place on 6 July 2023 during the Annual Conference. Participants unable to vote in person at the Annual Conference can vote by proxy. The application form to do so can be found here. The agenda and papers for the Meeting of Participants will be circulated in May.
2023 MEETING OF PARTICIPANTS: EXECUTIVE BOARD REAPPOINTMENTS
At the 2023 Meeting of Participants, voting members will be asked to reappoint the following (5) Executive Board members who will have completed terms of office by July 2023. They are eligible for re-appointment for a further term of two years and are willing to stand for re-appointment:

LIBER WINTER EVENT 2023
After the first-ever LIBER Winter Event in Amsterdam, LIBER is excited to announce that the Winter Event 2023 will take place on 23-24 November 2023, co-hosted by the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. More information will appear here.
LIBER 2018-2022 STRATEGY REVIEW
LIBER recently published its 2018-2022 Strategy Review to summarise LIBER’s journey throughout the past strategic period.
LIBER EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETINGS
